Timer Expired!

I have tried downloading Chicago Manual Of Style 16th Edition, twice, but I keep getting an error - 'Timer Expired'
I have also tried leaving a comment there but when I click on 'Submit', nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas!

Downloaded really fast with no problems here using qbittorrent 4.1.1 for Windows (latest release). I have noticed that transmission 2.9.4 (Windows version) does have some problems with some incomplete/stalled torrents, so you may want to try another torrent/magnet software to see if that clears the problem at your end.
Yes, leaving comments can sometimes be a hit and miss; if you are using an ad blocker (for example, Adblock Plus, NoScript etc) try turning it off just for that page where you are trying to leave a comment to see if that makes any difference (fwiw, it can here).
My OS is Kubuntu 16.04 (Linix) and I'm using Ktorrent 4.3.1.
I'm also having the same problem with Dummie Books too. Out of all the torrent's I've downloaded, these are the only two I've encountered problems with! I nearly forgot.... I did manage to download it a while back but, it would not open for some reason!
