Airfoil for Mojave

Hi,
Have just installed mac 10.14 today and Airfoil 5.7.1 doesn't work anymore 
Any idea how to get an updated Airfoil version working with Mojave ?

Airfoil 5.8.2

On newer Mac's you might have to disable then re-enable gatekeeper to install some cracked apps.
