In an effort to both get things back in order after some account deletions and appearance of a lot of holes in the shorts lineup as well as simplify things by not having a list of every available file, for the convenience of everyone but myself, I put together 5 folders containing all of the official RiffTrax shorts released in the past 15 years in chronological order. (I may do a folder of Presents shorts at some point in the future.) Mega folders are easily searchable and fairly easy to scroll through (as long as you put it on list view instead of thumbnail view), so hopefully it won't be too hard to find anything you need.
Volume 1: 2007-2009
Volume 2: 2009-2011
Volume 3: 2011-2013
Volume 4: 2013-2016
Volume 5: 2016-2022
I hope this 95 GB of stuff keeps you busy/entertained.

Incredible! With your help, I was able to get the final five RiffTrax shorts still outstanding from my collection. I thought I'd never get to see "Prickly The Porcupine".
Now all I am missing is a handful of Bridget & Mary Jo shorts (Oh, Boy! Babies!, The Boy Who Didn't Listen, My Mother Was Never A Kid, What Mary Jo Shared, The Troublemaker, What Will Bernard Do).

(Before you ask where they are, no, it doesn't have the various specials made up of multiple shorts, like the B&MJ Christmas specials or The Spring Collection.)
