downloading games off sites?

ok so have a question (posting it here cause I can't tell where to put this but hey thats what generel is for right ) (sorry admin/mods)

anyway here is the question I've like a few games from (hundreds of sites) but I want to play them off line (without internet for those that don't know what it means).

how the *****ing hell do I download the game in its entirety with the save data or just the game with the ability to save my data so I don't loose it when I clear my browser out?

You can't, it won't work.

That is the general answer to your general question.

If you have a specific game in mind, then you will have to tell us wtf it is, because every single game in the entire history of the entire world is not absolutely identical.
