Can't access website

I'm using VPN and i guess the ip i am being served is used a bunch so i get this error page but there's no CAPTCHA to complete, I cant really come off VPN right now because I'm seeding

Not a site issue. This happens when something blocks the CAPTCHA from fully loading. Usually a browser plugin or browser configuration. IP is actually not the problem this time.

Sometimes my uBolck origin plugin blocks catchas in piratebay.org
