Change Windows 10 start orb

I'm looking for a way to change the start orb of Windows 10.
Most people recommend to use "Classic Shell" or "Stardock Start".

Isn't there any other way?

Thanks, I just found "StartAllBack v3.7.11" and downloaded it. 
Windows Defender went crazy, so I needed to disable it for a moment and exclude the file.

Uploader is someone called "Prom3th3uS"
Think I don't need to worry?

Thanks, but that looks complicated and using a custom start orb is not really possible.

Turn off Defender and then crack it.
