ATM I have Norton security /malware fighter/malware bytes/advanced system care installed
I think its Norton who turns it turned off
(both things were compatible in windows 7 so idk...)
I already tried the registry thing here

Most likely Windows is forcing that, it's never a good idea to have 2 anti virus running at the same time, hence that behavior, each has their quarantine zone location and each will fight over the detected malicious file, so one will place it in it's quarantine zone, the other detects it removes it from there and places on it's own quarantine zone and so on
But let's face it, Windows Defender/MSE do a terrible job as security software, its detection rate is simply the worst thing ever, so I wouldn't bother with that, in fact I don't even know why the hell they exist, when their own makers (Microsoft) say that users SHOULD use a third party security software.
Oh btw, remove IObit Malware Fighter, they use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware definition database, so what IObit does, Malwarevytes does it better. Unless you want useless stuff consuming your resources.

Ive done that for years without issue (windows vista /7 with nis and windows defender)
why is it different with windows 10?
idk anything about them "fighting" over bad files
my pcs have never really been infected (mostly just tracking cookies )
I like security essentials/windows defender ,its blocked things when NIS and/or malware fighter didn't
I thought iobit had proven they didn't/don't steal their definitions
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IObit
anyway, any help to have both things turned on would be hot

2 Antivirus software have always been a bad idea, regardless of which OS is in use. You're a fool if you think otherwise.
You PC not being infected != it doesn't happen.
MSE/Windows Defender is the worst shit ever, and no I'm not going with opinions nor reviews, I'm going with my experience (yes I do test shit like that).
IObit has proven nothing, in fact they still do it.
Anyway, if you want to have 1 extra anti virus using useless resources, be my guest.
*facepalm* MSE/Windows Defender
*facepalm* Norton Internet Security
P.S.- I just woke up, and saw this shit.

idk I've always had at least 2,I never said it was a perfect setup
for me,my pcs have just had tracking cookies occasional website attacks but NIS has blocked about 95% of them
I mostly just game, shop, surf the web I don't visit unknown sites or download unknown things
Ive had about 5 pcs of my own (ive used Norton internet security since like 02")
I cant comment on iobit re: Malwarebytes

If you want to run more than one anti-virus, there're multi-AV utilities wich make use of the best tools available.
Have you heard of HerdProtect or VirusTotal? Here, a handful: https://www.raymond.cc/blog/scan-your-co...-for-free/

The cure worse than the disease.
Never run more than one AV, waste of resources and could make the detection fail entirely because of each AV file locking mechanisms.
If you really that paranoid, multi-av solutions suggested by dueda is the way to go.
I personally don't believe in AV's, to me it's a waste of resources because new *viruses are undetected anyway.
Better use sandbox'ing applications or VM's.
* It's not even about viruses, but about third party software installed without your consent, AV's will not detect them as they may not be malicious.
Don't think you've never been infected, we've all been no matter how careful we've been.
Just sometimes this bloody bastards are so good in hiding we don't notice them.
