Firewalls like Sygate?

Hey, so I'm looking for a nice freeware firewall that is like the old Sygate. I tried Comodo but there was simply way too much bloat for me. I'm not looking for anything too fancy, something that can block incoming/outgoing traffic from applications, block specific IP addresses and ports.

Symantec Endpoint Protection has sygate personal firewall integrated, it's free for personal use

I prefer Outpost Firewall Pro there is also one free version is available for personal use with limited features.
