Gamecube (Dolphin) Emulator

So I have read around that there is a way to make the Dolphin play on low end computers. Is this possible or is it just that you still need a high end computer to play the Dolphin emulator?

Low end can go real LOW.
I think a mid grade computer will work fine
a regular 4 core running at normal speeds. with 4 gigs of ram should run it fine.
And no real need to spend more then $200 on a GPU.
Now the controller. Thats the only thing I hated. setting up my xbox controller setting to work..

he is right, you really need to define what you interpret "low-end" to be, as the Dolphin emulator certainly has high minimum requirements (and even higher for a playable frame-rate in most games).

as a side note, as far as xbox 360 controllers go, it is very easy to set it up with any emulator using XPadder (found on tpb)
