How can I download Windows 7 Language Packs without going to Windows Update?
#1
Hi,

I want to know the best method to use foreignlanguages for Windows 7 without going to Windows update or any way except going to a download site every time I wipe my hard drive.

Maybe it's just me, but I prefer my backup files stuff offline especially when I, as I said, want to wipe my computer. It's so annoying to download shit everytime... OK, I just realised that I'm bitching.

Summary: How do I download Windows 7 Language Packs, say in Korean, without Windows Update?

Thank you.

UPDATE: Never mind. I know how. Sorry. Delete this post or send to the void. Whatever happens, thank you.

For off-line PCs, manual installation is an alternative option, but the language pack installer must be downloaded first from a PC connected to the internet, then transfer it to a USB or DVD.

The Korean Language Pack can be installed on Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise (32-bit and 64-bit). No parent language required.

If you are using a Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, or Professional edition of Windows 7, you should upgrade it to either Ultimate or Enterprise edition.

another option is slipstreaming the language pack in to the windows 7 image..
