You copy that file to an appropriately formatted external hard drive and plug it into your Wii (or you use a Wii File Manager to convert it to an ISO file and burn it to a DVD)
To play it on your Wii you have to "softmod" the Wii first as per the instructions here https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/
