Hi, I came across this site (dollaraudiobooks.com) when I was looking for audiobooks on duckduckgo. Is it safe, anyone actually used it? I didn't download any of there free books because I thought they might just be giving away and selling cheap books that are actually viruses or something? I have had virus's in the past and I don't want to risk it again. Also only have windows defender, so not the greatest antivirus.

Well since nobody replied, I downloaded the Free Star Wars episode 1 Audiobook and it seems to work fine, only about hal-way done though. I also created an account and the free $1 credit is legit. I was able to use it to buy and download Killing Kennedy, great book by the way.

Check to see if they have a users forum. And that the site has been around a while. They are probably OK, but a scummer could easily 'steal' a collection from Amazon or elsewhere, and use it to harvest CC numbers.
Just remember that for many vendors, PayPal is simply a CC processor.
If a 'new' release is sold for a buck it means it is pirated. Probably from Usenet.
