Malwarebytes stopped working ok

hi all i was using Malwarebytes premium 3.3.1 that id got from demenoid user crackzsoft in november 2017, it worked fine until 5 june 2018 when it started to say the real time monitoring of websites etc had shut off, everytime i switched this back on it switched it off all by itself !  no idea if an error or its malwarebytes forcing people to get a newer version..does anyone know why it did this ? 

anyway i unistalled it and got Malwarebytes_Premium_3.5.1.2522___keygen_-_Crackingpatching   https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/22483575/Malwarebytes_Premium_3.5.1.2522___keygen_-_Crackingpatching  

the install instructions seem odd to me as they tell you to click on the keygen before you have installed the main program ( never used a keygen before ive installed the software before for any software) ..does that seem correct ??

Try getting Malwarebytes 3.4.5 it is lower but it never expires.

what exactly is your question? 
are you asking if you should quarantine the patched license files of the program you pirated? that seems like a no-brainer resounding no.

ps just noticed that the version 3.5 i installed is saying its a trial version so patching hasnt worked by following the odd instructions given by ITRG here https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/2248357...ngpatching

You can but should not block / delete / quarantine the Hosts file.
Under default settings it is empty, but as you use some protection schemes it has the IP and domain blockade list.
Some people (and apps) lock the Hosts file against changes (which are usually done by malware) but let it there in read-only mode.

A) Malwarebytes is well-known about it's product piracy and doing possible corrective measures. So, you ignore or add them to exclusion.

Extra:

It looks like link shared in the first post similar to the patch i shared, So patch adds host entry in order to block server license check and add license details to the license configuration. It has to be done before installation of the application as later you won't be able to do so!
