Microsoft Office 2013

I'm using a borrowed copy of this suite, and I've just begun to see pop-ups telling me that I have 4 .. 3 .. 2.. 1 days to enter an activation code:
This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated.
You have 1 day left to activate.
Does anyone have an activation code that would help with this?

This key is for a different version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 than what's currently installed.

Use MTK (Microsoft Tool Kit) to activate Office 2013. Download from the link below at MDL:

I'll have a look at both of these, but a question first - do either or these tools contain a one-time activation, or would I be required to activate over and over again?

I'm running Windows 8.1 - do both of these options work for this version of Windows?

None of this will work. You're most probably using a retail key. You must uninstall the current version of Office, and re-install a VL version, such as this one:

Retail cannot activate with KMS. VL can.

What is this thing? Looks like some sort of crack.. What's wrong with MTK? Real activation, no hacks, no cracks.
