No new ebooks since 30th September

Looks like some proxies work and some don't.

ikwilthepiratebay.org - doesn't show new uploads.
pirateproxy.cam - doesn't show new uploads.

thepirateproxy.gq - shows new uploads.
proxyship.cf - shows new uploads.

It varies just try the one that works for you. Some need to have add-ons disabled some don't.

I am getting the same errors using thepiratebay.org. Sometimes it will show updated torrents, but for the last 3 days I've not seen any new torrents except in E-books, but today it shows back to 9-30-17 and yesterday 10-8-17 there were new books posted.
I did notice an oddity about 3 weeks ago but could not get a screenshot of it, while looking in *****o-Pictures there was a long delay and I hit F-5 and the screen that I got back was dated back from 2012. I don't know if this has any effect or not but I've been having various issues with updates since then myself but thought it was just me.

Negative. The miner has been removed from the site.

Nah not just you.  Problem is with TPB......exactly the same problem they were experiencing a while back now.  Right now it's an absolute mess trying to get current listings unless the user pages through all the 30th day listings it presents.  Cache clearing, different browser etc...all tried here and no final solution. After a lengthy time during the last error of this type, I reported it one of the forums along with other users experiencing the same problem and it was fixed in a couple of days; it's been fine since then until the last week or so.
