This is a fully remastered version of the SDSS video from the late 2000's in Full HD (1080p) that I have polished up using Pinnacle Studio 17 and Sony Vegas, with an ATI HD7970 providing 16x anti-aliasing during the final render process.

It contains over 400,000 galaxies and 100,000 Quasers, with each galaxy unique and the actual photographs captured by various ground based telescopes across the planet.

The SDSS project positioned each object in it's correct position and facing the correct angle.

Feel free to share, this is extremely highly recommended on a large 1080p HDTV for full enjoyment and as space is my utmost passion I feel this classic video more than deserved a whole new lease of life!

The poor quality grey background has been completely replaced with a true black of that we know of deep space and the colours of the galaxies have been restored closer to true colour by removing that grey shade via Sony Vegas colour correction tools.
