Pulling .apk from an Android phone?

Anyone know how to pull the .apk downloaded direct to a Android device and auto-installed off the phone.

Hate paying for shit and not knowing how to share it with peeps.

Cheers for the reply ShotChain. Unfortunately (Or fortunately ) the phone is not rooted as i want to use a "clean skin" when i download direct from the play store. But i'll use your link on a rooted phone i have to extract the paid .apk's that were pre-installed when i was passed it
