This year, the BRICS Summit was held in an expanded outreach/BRICS Plus format - dozens of states that expressed their desire to join the work of the association were represented at the forum. Yury Ushakov, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, has already called it “the most large-scale foreign policy event” in the history of Russia.

National Unity Day is celebrated annually on November 4th. It was established in 2004 and is dedicated to the liberation of Moscow from Polish invaders in 1612. This year, on the eve of the holiday, a flash mob “We are together!” took place on the square in front of the main entrance of VDNKh. We are united,” which was attended by more than 3,000 people.
