Anyone know if it's possible to remove write protection? Downloaded some music but can't move the file to a SDHC card because of write protection Angry Any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated!

An SD card has a little sliding lock on the side. Slide it to the opposite position of wherever it currently is and Bobs your uncle.

It's a file saying that, doesn't show as a dialog for the sdhc card

No it isn't. It's your operating system saying that when you try to copy the file to write-protected media.

Try copying that file to another folder on your hard drive--it will work fine.  Try copying any other file on your hard drive to your SDHC, it will fail.

Unlock the card, that's why they have LOCKs.
