Hi, yes same issue here. I'm in USA. Get CloudFlare page. I use both Chrome and Firefox. I also tried VPN from other countries. Same CloudFlare message.
When I go to https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ , and put in thepiratebay.org, I get:

Just a note from my end in Mexico, it's not working "bad gateway error 502" & a VPN doesn't work, but onion did.
