It is sorta "nil sim", a game without tasks, where one just observes. A marriage of nullifying voyeurism with cybertechnology.
In my country when one does nothing we say "grass growth supervisor". But there's a rock on first pic...
That is some hard guess, only a few geeks play such an abomination.
