There are many and each with their individual perks, but an exquisitely dreamy game, for me is the best....
Shadow of the Colossus (2005)
Alas, it is only available for Playstation platform. I remember, vividly spending countless hours (and money), back in 2007 playing it.
The 7th and the 13th Colossi were probably the best.
Though (SAC) is exclusively all Boss Battles - the best Boss Fight is elsewhere. It is fighting The End in MGS3. I really wish to do it in realtime.
Braid (2008) - was also very good but limited in scope. I hope to play The Witness, soon....

Wing Commander 1 and 2: Vengeance of the Kilrathi, which lead me into playing the later games (Heart of the Tiger, Price of Freedom and Prophecy)

Oblivion is the collest came I NEVER played. Both my friend and son play it, they say Skyrim is cool, but they have a certain love for Oblivion. ME, I played it, was cool but can nver get the camera angles right, so it pissed me off. Couldn't get into
Guitar Hero 3: not too much thinking but fun as hell.
Commodore 64 games were cool (showing all you lameasses my age).. HAHAHHA Yie Ar Kung fu , International Karate, among many others.
ANY Need for Speed. I can play for DAYS on end.
Anything I can handle the controlls for... My son Laughs, but me and other OG's only had a joystick and a fire button...
So many more but I cant think right now...
