You will know when that is because green dots will be displayed in the "new users" column on the TPB Status page.

is hard for me to belive that u have 16 threads  and you dont have an account yet, reporting spam dosen t meen u are not a spammer is just meen you want the competition deleted. 
Also the register is working : i tested
