I downloaded the aircraft form the link below but in the fmc I have no active database, and so I can't even align the irs. How can I fix?

You need to have a flight plan Example. EGLL/LFBO

So have to use co-routes? because this way doesn't work anyway

Co-Routes are optional but require a flightplan to be downloaded to x-plane. You can input the flight plan manually. I highly suggest using Simbrief

Yes, this can work, but to load a flight plane in the mcdu required nav data cycles. The problem is that for some reason the plane is not recognizing the nav datas. Here is what i see:

Also IRSs give problems aligning. 

I AM USING XP12. I think it's a compatibility problem, but I hope there is some way to resolve

The Inibuilds A300 Is NOT Compatible For XP12. Its only for XP11
