Theres plenty of VPNs available, all a Google away. But anyway, a good one I've seen and use regularly on mobile/winx is TunnelBear.

 Its free and has paid options, but ive found that its more than enough to browse TBP. Tasks on it extend your cap too, which is a perk. 

The download/install process is simple as pi. Download from their site, run the installer, and open the app. Select which country your going to, and wait for it to connect, then off you go. If it fails, it will keep retrying. 

It does have decent speeds, and *promises* to never reveal your data (we all know what happens when the cops come calling in the US), so unless you're doing something highly illegal like gathering materials to create the fireworks from the Anarchist book, you're safe. Very safe.

Just get OpenVPN or tunnel bear, note tunnelbear is not unlimited it gives you upto 1GB per month but it is pretty fast.

What for do you need it? I can recommend you windscribe as mentioned above but you won't be able to watch films in HD and free 10 Gb will expire fast. Yeah, they are renewed every month but that's not for everyone. Tell you what. Visit https://vpnservicepro.com/ and the one you find good for you.
