[Android] Lucky Patcher - Patch for Google Services Framework

Lucky Patcher has a patch for Google Services Framework.

Q:
1. What does the patch do? I have been asking around and have not got an answer yet.
2. There are three different choices in this patch - different DPI(s). How do you know which one to choose?

I am using Google Play Store MOD by Chelpus. I am not sure what DPI has to do with what apps are hidden or shown? Can U explain a little more? And, plz define DPI just to make sure we all understand this?

Finally, once we understand this. There are 3 choices of the patch to the Google Services Framework. How do you choose between them?

It has to do because application developers can restrict an application based on the DPI (Dots Per Inch) of a device. For example they can do an application layout adapted to a tablet and restrict any phone device to download it from the store. The DPI setting is used to bypass these restrictions by telling to Android that your device has a high resolution, thus it can run tablet-optimised apps. Changing the DPI to a higher setting will make the user interface smaller, and tablet-like.

Note: the default DPI is 240, changing it to 160 will make the user interface look bigger

Thx for your time and effort. Can you explain why Lucky Patcher has a patch for both the Google Play Store and Google Services Framework? i.e. Do you need both patches as a work-a-round for this DPI issue?

The patch for Google Play Store won't stick after a reboot if you don't patch Google Services Framework along with it, that's why there are two. Yes you do need to patch both for this workaround to work and continue to work after a system restart.

160dpi.com.google.android.gsf, 240.[same] and 320.[same]
How do I choose?

2. Toolbox > Install modded Google Play Store

Mate u want to know what Luck Patcher do??

Ans:- It is very helpful in removing adds from the apps/games and to remove license verification or Billing
It also creates modified apk for u so u can install that app on unrooted device and about modded google play it serves the same purpose as u don't need to patch apps just open the game and it will not ask u about License verification. All Good!
