i am a regular downloader of thepiratebay but after couple of downloads my download speed went slow. it became 100kb/sec

That's nothing to do with us, we dont/cant throttle downloads because you are not downloading from us

Have you tried closing the torrent client and opening it up again?

It worked for me sometimes.
