who uses tuungle?

I just use it to play operation flashpoint dragon rising (mostly co-op)
*since they dropped the online service a few years ago
looking for CO OP & MULTIPLAYER players too

I hear people use Hamachi as well

yes   online & off    4 player co-op and up to 32 players I think multiplayer

idk honestly  since I just use tuungle for OFDR (codemasters dropped the online service about 4 years ago)
It works good with  steam ( its a VPN to play games "online" via "LAN" )
my copy of OFDR is legit(steam)

There are plenty of other "servers" for other games
I.E. left 4 dead  battlefield i think
you can chat with other players in the game chat room server
