I don't know what chargable means. I'm asking if someone can download them and upload them to a free filesharing service/torrent. I would do it myself but it won't let you do it outside of Poland.
I was under the impression it was around a dollar to top up an account to download the files. I didn't know it was the same price as a michelsworld subscription ($70).

Are you talking about michelsworld or the Polish site I linked?
I can't speak the language but it appeared that it cost 2,41 zl for 3gb (enough for both videos) which would be less than one dollar, but they only accept Polish payment methods. Which is why I was confused when gagagugu007 said that it cost as much as a full subscription to michelsworld ($70). Even $16 would be too much, might as well just get them from the real site then lol.
