it`s the same site , of course if it`s not banned after this ...
..next ..in upper left corner of the screen where is a word "GenYouTube" ..paste your youtube link and press enter ..
..you will receive possible and similar links, click on a few on them and use resolution mp4 360p, it`s a good resolution after all.

P.S ..don`t forget to change extension for targeted file before execution in your favorite mp4 player, use, ..open file in KMplayer with right click on mouse if possible. If you don`t know how to change extension, make request in appropriate forum site or just when save that file add on end ".mp4"
