this is half a crack, you get a319 and a321 cabin, model and sounds but the systems will remain those of the a320 this is the only crack available currently

Installation steps :
1) move the folders from the community folder contained in the crack to the community folder of the sim (the a320 and the expansion)
2) move FenixSim A320 folder to C:\Program Files
3) when you launch the a319 or the a321, go to C:\Program Files\FenixSim A320\deps and run FenixDisplay.exe, FenixSystem.exe and FenixCDU this only applies when you fly an exapansion aircraft, in the a320 they start automatically

I followed the instructions... However, the screens are all black, as if they were turned off. Only the tablet is on and functional.
What am I doing wrong? I even ran the programs in the Fenix folder in the correct order.

Sorry for the inconvenience, did you run the main fenix launcher? I forgot to mention it in my post
If you did not then launch it alongside the others and restart the flight. 
If you did in fact launch it and still did not work, launch the a320 (it should be working fine) and use the developer mode to switch to the a319 or a321 and it will work
If the a320 also did not work then you have made a mistake following the instructions

Greetings, my friend! I followed the instructions and it worked, I am very grateful for the help, I did this:

1 - I selected the aircraft.
2 - I opened FenixSim A320.
3 - While it was loading, I was already running FenixCDU; FenixDisplay and FenixSystem!

>> The first time it didn't work, so I restarted just repeating and it worked, then I was able to close FenixSim A320 and use it normally.

The aircraft starts and works but some sounds are missing, do you know how to fix it?

pic of the issue. fenix app is running, but the dash stays black even after restarting mid flight and quitting and reopening.
