tbh I haven't read the whole thing in depth but even just skimming through and looking at the graphics it's well impressive.

You're kidding right?  This is more scare tactics from the faux news of torrents. It contains zero actionable advice. And the vast, vast majority of non-commercial torrent downloaders will never be sued.

You are correct that the vast majority of non-commercial torrent downloaders will never be sued but some people feel intimidated and some of them may prefer--and be capable of comprehending--solid information rather than mere "don't worry" sound bites. Legitimate as those sound bites may be.

It is certainly worth a look if you are seriously interested in the subject or if you are contemplating spending money on a lawyer or on paying a "fine".

It will certainly be too much for dilettantes.
