Credit to original syncer. They did a great job of matching to original runtime from start.

Did you get it figured out? Might be because it's h265. I can try switching it to h264 if you aren't able to get it to work with VLC/Handbrake.

Did you get it figured out? Might be because it's h265. I can try switching it to h264 if you aren't able to get it to work with VLC/Handbrake.

I tried to convert it with AVS Video Converter and Movavi Video Converter. No dice with either one.
