Left a comment in THIS thread stating a piece size between 8 and 16 meg worked. This time it didn't but using Opera browser did.

seems people dont read or listen.. choosing the biggest chunk is not correct you choose based on
file size youre uploading..
<500mb use 1024
>1g try 8mb
>5gb try 32mb or 16mb
using utorrent 3.4 is best as has all the old fields for torrent making
also the standard... in fact I suspoect 2.21 will work before they crippled it with ads
but below that ver is not best due to security holes
I did get torrent emply ... new message.. just repeat it
Shift - F5 (or click circle arrow on browser ie firefox) to refresh cache
