I was trying to upload a file but I didn't see the option to do so from the mirror sites.
What am I missing?

Those are not official mirrors. You need to use tor to upload.

Hmm888 - proxies and mirrors have nothing to do with TPB. If you want to upload, you must log in to the official TPB site. Change your password asap if you've gone and submitted it to another site, because you may have compromised your account.
