In the infighting between Davos eurocrats and Bilderberg corporations, file sharing is mere collateral damage. A cheap server in an indifferent place like the Ukraine or Zimbabwe might be a good alternative, but corrupt governments might be more easily bought off if filesharing on such services becomes a trend. High speed hubs are probably a necessity for decent bandwidth. Kim Dotcom chose a 5 eyes place like New Zealand for his filesharing business. For the cable hub.
