What's needed to update my windows smart phone? - soulcity - Jun 30, 2019
My phone is window 8.0 and I want to upgrade it to windows 10.
What do I require and is there a pirated copy someplace?

That should be easy. Go to any store that sells them and TRADE IT for an iPhone!!!
I'm not sure, I have an iphone, and have had no issues..
I googled your question and came up with this YouTube instructional vid... I hope it helps, but can't confirm it will since I never had to do it. I think you have to watch this video AFTER you sell your soul to the devil...
I'm sure everyone here will have better info... welll, almost everyone... if RYP gives you advice, I'd say put the phone under your car tire and run it over, since that's what the ultimate fate of your phone will face...

Actually it's been a really great phone. Sound quality is excellent and the screen seems to be uncrackable. I just don't want to pay to update my phone from windows 8 to 10.
Again thanks for the response and it's obvious that I'll be researching this for a while. (I kind of need things dumb down for me so this is going to take me a while to figure out)

you don't need pay for update your windows phone 8 to 10. it's free of charge from microsoft.

Buy one of the select new devices running Windows 10 Mobile that are available now. If the upgrade is available for your existing Windows Phone 8.1 device, you can install it. To check for and install the upgrade, download the Upgrade Advisor app from the Store. Open the app, then select Enable Windows 10 upgrade
