Torrents such as this one, which say "full unlocked" in the title: https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=36795557
But when you read the description it says you should "wait for crack". Then what the hell does "unlocked" mean?

Scene term for Steam unlocked files (decrypted), before the release files are locked (encrypted)
It also means it's NOT cracked, that's why "wait for crack" is included in every release like that.
Sometimes you can find locked files for download that then need appropriate unlocker, usually released after the premiere.
I recommend waiting for proper CODEX release as when the game finally arrives crack could be incompatible with the release due to other version as patches come along.
