I've had this question for a while, but I've always been afraid to ask: in order for the KMS_VL_ALL activator to work, does my computer have to be on at least 1 day to renew its activation cycles?
Currently, my mother uses the computer a lot, so it's not a problem, but I use Windows 10 on a virtual machine, and I almost never turn it on.
Will the activation die out?

no it takes about 1min to activate using KMS usually

"KMS_VL_ALL" what? Is it Open Source?
I personally very worry if such a piece is not Open Source and not reviewed manually. Maybe please look into Python's Py-KMS from Github: The server can work on any device, including Android (Termux). Any KMS activation is remaining on for like months ahead after a query, there is no practical need to keep it on constantly or daily, eating resources. You can put a manual query to the activation server on a system startup or a scheduler if you want to make sure it always goes on as much as you wish, typically it's not needed, the system does all as soon as it can.
Currently, if an antivirus decides to change something, nuking the activator, or the hack this non-Py-KMS thing is highly likely using won't work anymore (so-call local KMSes' typically deploy VPN of all things to avoid the blocking of 127.0.0.1 by Microsoft), the activation out. To use a phone and Raspberry Pi replicates the model enterprises use, making it far more stable.
