Hello I am relatively new to torrenting And there is a torrent that I would like to download with About 1 seeder and 1 leecher here is the link to it https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=8061727 but when I load it into Bittornett Its stuck on Downloading at 0% is there any way to seed it?

It works for me. Try using qBittorrent.

In case you ever have this problem again in the future...
You can add more trackers to a torrent which will enable you to connect to other peers that potentially have 100% of it. Just right click the torrent in your torrent client and find the tracker list and paste in additional trackers. Separate each tracker URL by an empty line.
