It's kinda random but mostly it just doesn't show up as an option; however, if you make a new post/comment immediately after posting a comment the system will add that comment with a horizontal linen separating it.
Like now. The option is technically there with "Edit" but nothing happens when I click on Edit.
Ok, nevermind. It looks like my ad blocker isn't playing nice with this forum.
