'Get this torrent' links not opening uTorrent - PJRCoedwig - Jul 17, 2024
I have used TPB for years with no problem yet in recent days, with no system changes, when I hit a 'Get this torrent' link nothing happens. uTorrent does not open and I do not get the familiar dialogue box to add the torrent. I have double checked the file association with .torrent files.
I tried another torrent site and it worked as expected. Something has changed. Can anyone help?

TPB terminated the use of torrent files back in 2012 and implemented the use of magnet links only for torrents. This means that the site you visited is not the original TPB site.
