I have a copy of some PC games on the computer that are playable without the discs but i was wonder how do i put them onto disc so i can install onto other computers, and preferably without needing the cd key?!?

Unless the game is hacked when you downloaded it, you will need the CD if you are to use it to install it on any computer.
I realised that you said "playing without the discs" and "no CD-key."
Try "portable" versions of the game in question.
