fairly new to downloading torrents but when I downloaded AC4 reloaded however when I try to launch is after mounting the disk, copying over the crack
the procodure entry point uplay_r1.UPLAY_ACH_earnachievement could not be located in the dynamic link library uplay_r1_loader.dll.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem. You have missing, corrupted, or just something incorrect with your .dll files. Read some of the latest comments (they're the ones you see first by default) on the Assassins Creed - RELOADED page here:

and you'll see a comment by me (juan0624) on what you should do.
Some other comments also that say your antivirus is deleting/disabling your dll files (so turn off your antivirus and reinstall the whole thing again if this is the case).
