Can't download torrents on piratebay - monks19 - Aug 29, 2014
Hi. I got a new PC recently and I try to download torrents from Piratebay with Utorrent. Unfortunately, the torrents from PB never starts and stays at 0%. Any ideas on what can I do to fix this ? I have no problem the the other tracker I use, so...

Probably because your system is blocking outgoing UDP connections, which is required to use TPB magnet links. This isn't a site issue. It is a system configuration issue.
