Anybody know why when I download it just says connecting to peers and doesn't start the download?

Because you're using uTorrent, which is full of bugs of which that is a long standing and well known one.
Uninstall it and install a decent torrent client such as qbittorrent, tixati, or a 2.x version of uTorrent (from oldversion.com)
