movie torrent shows but won't load in utorrent - redbeard1 - Nov 07, 2016
Hi, need help here.
I'll describe what happens with 2 movies I want to get. "Matariki" and "Apron Strings".
1. both show up after I search in Pirate Bay
2. I click on "Get this torrent" and uTorrent opens and shows the title up top
3. a loading icon (circle at bottom of screen) just turns and nothing more
4. under Statud it states "connecting to peers" but never connects
On a successful download (I'm still learning) the film details loaded in uTorrent and I pressed "ok" and the download began.
So am I doing something wrong here?
In uTorrent
skip hash check - is not ticked
start torrent - is ticked

From what I understand, there are no active peers.
Nothing wrong with what you are doing.
You'll just have to be patient and keep the torrents running and hope someone starts seeding.
There are 3 Matariki torrents. Try another if one doesn't work.
If no seeds appear beyond a point (say a day), you can place a reseed request in the Video Requests forum.
Do mention the TPB link of the torrent you are attempting to download.
