I've been trying to upload a torrent, entered everything, tripled check everything, but I always get "Wrong code" after pressing the "Add to index" button.
I've tripled checked the captcha image, and tried to submit around 4 times, but the message persists. Which made me think, there must be something else...
I've been using Chrome regularly & in incognito mode with all plugins disabled, still same error.
Maybe it's my IP? I'm behind a VPN so not sure what's the history of the IP I'm using.
My username on TPB is the same one like here.

The IP you used most recently had been banned back in February. I've cleared the ban so as long as you stick with that IP you should be fine now.
