I'm trying to upload my torrent "Supernatural All Seasons S01-S13 720p", but it's returning the error "Torrent already exist in the system" even though it clearly doesn't exist.

Searching by name is not the same as searching by hash and just because a hash is not present in the available downloads does not mean the hash at some point was.
You can post in your account issues thread for the hash to be cleared.
