This means that it can’t be updated and would explain why it has expired. Maybe one day they will realize it's a lost battle and move on. P.S. Or worse maybe the idiots will get their wish, they will(somehow) manage to shut down all torrenting on a global scale, in which case people will just invent something even better and way way way harder to shut down then torrents.
